Yma has been commissioned to help Macmillan Cancer Support and Hywel Dda University Health Board understand any opportunities for improvement in the holistic needs assessment process for breast cancer patients. Our approach to this project over a 15 month period includes:

• mapping breast cancer services
• interviewing patients and staff
• completing thematic analysis
• organising and running co-production events
• overseeing tests of change
• collating the outputs of the work into a report
• delivering a celebration event to close the project
